Real-time Video Detection Based on Local Accumulative Histogram in Non-equational Similar Hue Region of Partition

摘要 结合帧图像的颜色特征对视频检测技术进行了探讨,提出了一个基于分块非等色调区间局部累加直方图的实时检测新算法,并据此设计、实现了一个广告实时检测统计系统。实验表明该算法实时性好、检测率高,具有较高的实用价值。 A new real-time video detecting algorithm is presented based on local accumulative histogram in non-equational similar hue region of partition. Then an advertisement real-time detecting and statistic system is designed and realized by application of the algorithm. The algorithm is experimentally proved real-time well, detecting efficient high, and has higher utility.
