本文分析了农村图书馆工作面临的困境 ,通过对黄好德创办“小黄农民书屋”的成功经验的研究 ,论述了民办图书馆 (室 )的优越性 ,并就如何扶持民办图书馆 (室 )
The paper analyzed the difficulty existed in rural libraries,discussed the superiority of libraries run by local people on the basis of successful experience gained by Mr.Huang Haode in setting up the 'Xiao Huang Farmer's Library' and puts forward suggestions on how to aid rural libraries.
