摘要
过去人们普遍认为德国经济过于保守,以至于无法孕育发达的风险投资业。然而进入20世纪90年代后期,德国早期风险资本的增长极为迅猛,大大超过了整个私有权益资本的增长速度,而且在高新技术产业的投资比重也明显上升。究其原因是德国创业环境发生了显著的变化。
In the past it is said that the Germany economy is so guard and could not gestate the develop venture capital investment. But the Germany risk capital had achieved fast increase in 1990's. and exceeded the whole private owner capital. The investment proportion on the new technology also be ascend. All the transformation is come from the changing of the Germany venture capital investment environment.
