摘要
测定了粉状乳化炸药的静电感度,并由此计算确定了其最小静电着火能。考察了环境因素和操作条件对粉状乳化炸药静电起电的影响,从中找出了起电最为剧烈的条件。在此基础上,应用探极法测定了粉状乳化炸药在气流中起电后的最大放电火花电流和最大静电放电火花电量,确定了最大静电放电火花能量;同时,在工业现场实地测定了粉状乳化炸药的起电状况。按照粉体静电安全性判别标准评价了粉状乳化炸药的静电安全性,结果表明粉状乳化炸药在工业生产过程中,对静电是安全的。
The Electric Spark Sensitivity of Powder Emulsion Explosives (PEE) was tested, and then the minimum Ignition Energy was calculated. At the same time, the correlation between environmental factors and operative conditions and the electrification intensity of PEE was investigated. The Maximum Electric-discharge Current and the Maximum Electric-discharge Quantity were determined, and then the Maximum Electric-discharge Energy was calculated. The voltage and the Mass Electric-charge Density in the process of PEE preparation were tested. According to the evaluation standard, the electrification safety of PEE was evaluated. The experimental results show that the PEE in production process is safe to Electric-discharge.
