英国当代著名教育家埃利奥特将“行动研究”作为教师教育的核心原则,他通过对三种不同哲学取向的教师教育思想的分析比较,强调了教师教育的行动研究特征和实践认识论基础,并对将行动与理论联系起来的“第二级行动研究”作了分析界定。
John Elliott,the contemporary famous educator in Britain,regarding 'action research' as the core principle of teacher education,makes analysis and comparison on teacher education thoughts oriented from three kinds of philosophy,stresses on the characteristics and the basis of practical theory of knowledge of action research in teacher education,and analyzes and defines the second-order action research relating action to theory.
