摘要
澳门婚姻家庭法与中国内地婚姻法制度有许多不同之处。诸如婚约的承认问题、婚约的财产所有制问题、非法婚制度的问题、夫妻财产制度的问题、离婚制度的问题等,澳门婚姻家庭法中对这些问题规定的全面及灵活性都值得中国内地借鉴。
There are many differences between Macao family laws and marital laws in China's Mainland. Such as the recognition of a marriage, the possession of marriage property, illegal marriages, the system of spouse property, divorce regulations etc. The over-all stipulations and flexibility to the former problems could be a good reference for China's Mainland.
