摘要
指出了华南双季优质稻育种工作的原则(产量为基础,质量是关键,效益为目标)、进展、选育标准(优质、高产,抗逆性强,直链淀粉含量中等,饭味好)和育种技术(传统技术与生物技术相结合)等,对该地区水稻科研、生产、经营等部门均具有一定的参考指导作用。
The principle(yield was basis, quality was chief, beneficial result was target.), advance, standard (Good quality,high yield ,strong resistance,medium amylose content and good cooking taste.) and breeding techniques(combination of traditional approaches and biological techniques.)for good quality breeding of double-cropping rice in South China were summarized. They will provide some instructive references for rice research , production and marketing in the region.
