摘要
黑木耳 (Auriculariaauricula)是黑龙江大兴安岭地区的优势生产品种 ,2 0 0 4年木段栽培已发展到 130 0万段 ,塑料袋代料栽培达到了 2 4 0 0万袋。长期以来 ,在菌种生产上都采用传统的固体菌种 ,生产周期长 ,菌龄不整齐 ,产量难以提高。为解决这一生产实际问题 ,在加格达奇区的加北食用菌栽培示范基地进行了黑木耳液体菌种应用试验 ,其结果较应用传统的固体菌种其菌龄缩短 2 8d ,成本每万袋降低 15 2 4 .10元 ,产量每万袋提高 2 2 5kg ,提高经济效益 10 5 2 4 .
Experiment of applying liquid fungus species in Jiabei demonstration base of edible fungi cultivation carried out to shorten productive cycle and raise production. The result showed that the fungus age was 28 days shorter than using solid fungus species. Cost of cultivation was less by 1524.10 yuan per ten thousand bags. Production raised by 225kg per ten thousand bags, and economical benefit was 10524.10 yuan per ten thousand bags higher than the solid fungus species.
