摘要
面对繁重的护理工作任务、低年资的一线护士、有限的临床带教力量及患者服务需求日益增高,避免潜在的医疗事故及护理纠纷隐患,确 保安全,从普及法制教育、增强法律意识入手,不断完善管理制度,健全护理规范。同时正视风险事件,增强应对能力,采取了一系列积极、有效 的管理对策,收到了良好的效果。
Under the conditions of heavy tasks,many junior nurses,limited teachers and the increasing demands of patients,management system and routine care should be improved to prevent medical disputes and mistakes.A few effective measures were discussed,such as facing the risk fators,increasing the ability to deal with disputes and mistakes,and received effective result.
