道路运输水平是一个国家经济发展程度的重要标志,道路运输行业管理是保证道路运输水平的必须手段。国外道路运输管理在发展过程中,经过不断的探索和改革,经历了不同的阶段、积累了丰富的经验。这可为我国道路运输行业管理提供了重要的借鉴。
The level of road transportation is a symbol of economic degree of a country. Road transportation management is a necessary measure to keep the level of road transportation. During the developing course of the foreign road transportation management, abundance experience was accumulated within different phase. We can get important use for reference by those experiences.
