摘要
本文从理论和实证两个方面对我国农村剩余劳动力转移的成因进行了分析,笔者指出造成农村剩余劳动力转移的原因主要有产业结构、消费结构和收入等三个因素。同时,笔者又针对成因,在充分考虑我国国情的基础上进行了对策分析。
This paper analyzed the causes of surplus labor force transfer in rural of China in theory and practical experiment. The author reached the results that were industrial structure, consumption structure and income. At the same time, in view of the causes, the author analyzed the countermeasures in the base of national conditions of China.
