摘要
通过酸洗和离子交换方法对5.2mol%Y2O3部分稳定超细氧化锆粉料进行处理,以除去氧化锆粉体表面的可溶性杂质高价正离子,从而改变粉料表面吸附状态和荷电状况,并研究了表面改性对氧化锆粉料胶体特性及其悬浮体的流变性的影响.实验结果表明,酸洗和离子交换方法处理后可有效地提高了粒子的Zeta电位,选择合适的分散剂和调整悬浮体pH值在8~10之间可以大幅度提高悬浮体的固相含量,最终可获得固相含量为45vol.%的适于凝胶注模成型浇注的氧化锆浓悬浮体.
Surface modification of ZrO2 particles of 5.2mol%Y2O3 sectionstabilization by acid leaching and an ion-exchange process, so as to remove the dissolubility impurity high positive ions of the body face of zirconium powder. Its effects on the colloidal behavior and the flow properties of ZrO2 suspensions were investigated. The experimental results indicate that The Zeta potential of ZrO2 particles increases efficiently and the flow properties of the concentrated ZrO2 suspension significantly improve when the pH value of the suspensions is adjusted to 8~10 and with appropriate sedimentation. Ultimately, the 45vol.% ZrO2 suspension suitable for gel-casting was prepared.
