摘要
城市化的动力机制是一个相互联系、相互作用的系统,它的根本动力是工业化。围绕工业化,在发展乡镇企业和推进农业产业化的过程中整合城市化的动力机制,在扶持民营经济的过程中培育城市化的动力机制,在体制创新中发掘城市化的动力机制,在人力资源开发中涵养城市化的动力机制。
The impetus mechanism to urbanization is an interrelated and interacted system, with industrialization being the essential motivating force. Centered on industrialization, the impetus mechanism to urbanization should be integrated in the course of developing township enterprises and promoting agricultural industrialization. It should be cultivated in the course of supporting the non-state-operated economy. It should be developed in system innovation. It also should be nourished and cherished in the development of human resource.
