摘要
20世纪下半叶团队在美国的大规模兴起以及由此所带来的组织绩效水平的大幅度提高日益得到人们的关注,特别是对于在团队建设方面起步较晚的我国企业来说,主动借鉴美国等发达国家在团队管理领域的成功经验显得尤为必要。美国团队的发展轨迹表明,科学而有效的团队建设和管理的确能够带来相应的组织绩效的提高,但并非在所有组织中和所有情况下,团队都是万应良药。
The increased performance of American enterprises caused by using teams In the latter part of the 20th century is becoming the focus of concern. It is helpful for the Chinese enterprises to learn from the developed countries their experience of team management. According to the development experience of American teams, scientific and effective team construction and management do lead to relevant increase of organization performance, but teams are not a panacea under all circumstances.
