摘要
小江流域水土流失严重,泥石流活动频繁,形成下游河谷宽阔的河床土地资源。通过总结研究小江河谷30年来河床土地开发及治理泥石流成功经验,采取以拦沙坝与河堤工程相结合的措施,遵循泥沙灾害的客观规律,克服小江河床纵向冲淤变化大、横向摆动频繁的客观问题,合理开发小江河谷河床土地资源,既能有效地开发利用其丰富的气候资源和水利资源,产生较好的经济效益,又能拦截进入金沙江的泥沙,防止泥沙危害。
Severe soil & water erosion and frequent mud-rock flow of Xiaojiang basin have taken shape of broad riverbed land resource in lower reaches. Based on the successful experiences of mud-rock control during 30-year land use of riverbed of Xiaojiang, measures for combing sand-resisting dam with dike engineering have been adopted; objective law of mud-sand disaster has been followed; actual problems of high frequency of horizontal vibration and great change of vertical rush have been overcome. Therefore, reasonable riverbed land resource development of Xiaojiang not only make effective use of abundant resources of climate and water to create better economic returns, but also prevent mud-sand from flowing into Jinsha river.
