摘要
在铑催化剂的作用下,甲醇与一氧化碳经羰基化反应为乙酸和乙酸甲酯,是60年代发展起来的新工艺,但以往多是采用均相小分子铑催化剂,除我们的工作以外,迄今尚少见报道有采用以共聚物为配体的高分子铑催化剂的成功先例。
The complexes of linear 4-vinylpyridine-methyl vinyl ketone copolymers as ligands with tetracarbonyldichlorodirhodium have been found to be able to catalyze the methanol carbony-lation to produce acetic acid in a mild reaction condition. Experimental results show that these macromolecular complexes contain cis-dicarbonyl rhodium structure. There are two coordination bonds, N→Rh and O→Rh, which form the following two coordination units in the copolymer complexes:Experiments reveal that catalytic reactivity of the complexes is increasing with the augmentation of O→Rh bonds , while thermal stability of the complexes is elevating with the growth of N→Rh bonds content.
