摘要
法国ALSTOM公司生产的 9E空冷发电机出口软连接铜片连续两次断裂 ,通过对材料不同区域、制造工艺、运行系统等方面进行试验和分析 ,认为软连接铜片断裂的主要原因是结构设计、制造工艺以及机械系统存在共振等所致 ,此结果对工程实际具有参考价值。
The outlet flexible connector’s copper leaves of 9E type air-cooled generator manufactured by ALSTOM Company in France have consecutively broken for two times. Through test and analysis from aspects of materials in different areas, fabricating technology, and operational systems etc., it is put forward that the main causes leading to breakage of flexible connector’s copper leaves are structure design, fabricating technology, and resonance existing in mechanical systems etc.. The results obtained have reference and guidance value for engineering practice.
