摘要
介绍了负压引流瓶在29例先天性巨结肠患儿回流灌肠中的应用方法,根据小儿的生理解剖和病理特点,做好各种用物和患儿的灌肠前准备;应用负压引流瓶进行回流灌肠,并加扶托固定;操作过程中注意病情观察,取得显著效果。具有灌肠时间短、操作简便、吸液彻底、出入量平衡、安全性高、患儿及家属满意度高等优点。值得临床推广应用。
The paper introduced the application of negative pressure drainage vessel to the refluence clysis in 29 children with congenital megacolon. Based the pathophysiological characteristics in childnen, the author performed the full preparation of clysis, applied negative pressure drainage vessel to the refluence clysis and fixed it with a pad and attached importance to the observation of disease conditions, thus achieving marked effects. The method is advantageous for the shortage in time, simplicity in operation, complete drainage, balanced input and output, high safety, satisfactions from their families, worth popularizing.
