摘要
总结5例上颌动脉结扎治疗顽固性鼻出血患者的护理体会。围绕患者的出血、生命体征改变、心理压力、病因、鼻粘膜损害进行护理。落实在入院后止血材料和器械的准备,鼻局部止血填塞时的吸引、观察和安慰,术前对生命体征的观察与调整,缓解填塞的恐惧和患病压力,上颌动脉结扎前的心脏、上颌窦的安全考虑及术后切口、病情、病因、鼻腔填塞物取出后鼻腔护理的注意点,患者出院后病因的治疗及鼻腔的湿化、营养。
The paper summarized the experience of nursing 5 cases of uncontrolled epistaxis in the treatment of maxillary arterial li-gation. The nursing care focused on the hemorrhage, changes of vital signs, mental pressure, disease causes, injury of nasal mucosa. The measures include the preparation of hemostatic stuff and instruments, drawing observation and comforting the patients at local hemostatic stuffing, preoperative observation and adjustment of vital signs, relief of fear and mental pressure for stuffing, safe consideration of heart and maxillary sinus before maxillary arterial ligation, attention to care of cut, disease condition, disease cause, the nasal care after withdrawing the stuff, treatment and nasal moistening and nutrition after discharge. Nursing cares contribute a lot to the successful treatment of maxillary arterial ligation.
