分析了复合图书馆在信息资源、技术及设备、管理、服务对象、服务方式及服务工作内容等方面的特点 ,讨论了图书馆员向信息专家、信息咨询员。
The paper discusses the characteristics of information resources, technology & equipments, library managements, information service objects, information service patterns and information service contents in hybrid library environment.Librarian should realize the change of role so as to adapt to the new environment.The role of a librarian should be changed to 'the information specialist' and 'the builder and the organizer of information resources'.
