摘要
本文研究了,蔗糖溶液在较低过饱和度下,利用高能声场产生符合王业生产要求的品核的可能性。文中,根据热力学理论和非线性声学的有关原理深入地探索了声场对蔗糖溶液结晶成核作用的机理,简单介绍了试验设备,列出了较多的实验数据,对试验结果和今后发展前景作了讨论。
Under low supersaturation condition, possibility of nucleation of sucrose solution by sonic wave in conjunction with the industrial requirement was investigated. Mechanism of sonic wave nucleation is studied according to the theory of thermodynamics and the theorem of non-linear acoustics. Experimental equipments are briefly described, and data listed. Experimental results and the prospect of this nucleation method are also discussed.
