组装式石英谐振传感器高温失效研究

摘要 针对组装式石英谐振传感器高温失效的具体情况,采取对已失效的传感器解剖分析的方法,研究传感器高温失效的机理及主要影响因素,提出传感器结构改进措施和装配工艺改进措施。在实施改进措施后,传感器高温失效的问题得到了解决。该传感器已经应用在油田现场,并获得良好的效果。 To direct at the cases of failure of quartz oscillating type pressure sensor in high temperature,it is adopted that the failed sensor has been dissected.The mechanism of failure in high temperature is studied,and its main influence factors are analyzed and discussed.Improved steps of sensor structure and assembly technology are put forward.After using the improved steps, sensor failure in high temperature is settled.The sensor has been already used in oil field and it has achieved an excellent effect.
