再制造虚拟企业是为了适应多变的市场和环境保护而提出的一种新的生产组织模式。在分析再制造和虚拟企业的基础上 ,提出了再制造虚拟企业的概念、结构、特点以及组织形式等 ;
Remanufacturing virtual enterprise is a new manufacturing mode which is proposed for the adaptation to the variational market and environment protection. The concept, structure, characteristic and organizational form of remanufacturing virtual enterprise are put forward on the basis of related analysis, as well as the influencing factors.
