摘要
目的 研究新装修旅店客房有机毒物对健康的损害。方法 用动物实验及人群流行病学调查相结合的方法进行研究 ,检测微核发生率及外周血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤。结果 观察组微核发生率、淋巴细胞DNA的损伤高于对照组 ,人体外周淋巴细胞DNA损伤 ,两组相比差异有非常显著性 (t =3 2 .0 17,P <0 .0 1)。结论 新装修客房环境对健康存在潜在损害 ,SCGE检测DNA损伤可作为人群健康监护的早期生物学标志。
Objective To study on health effects caused by indoor decoration volatile materials in the air of hotels.The micronucleus test and the alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE)were carried out in the mice exposed to the tested toxicants and in the waitress working in decorated indoor environment The frequencies of micronucleus and DNA damage rates in the exposure groups were significantly higher than those in the negatine control groups(t=32.017,P<0.01).[Conclusion]The higher concentrations of volatile compounds of indoor decoration materials can cause mutagenecity and the DNA damage to experimental animals.It may do harm on the DNA of human peripheral lymphocytes,and the DNA damage can be detected by SCGE mthod as an early biological indicator.
