摘要
目的:测定金刚烷胺合剂中金刚烷胺的含量。方法:采用双相滴定法,测定金刚烷胺合剂中盐酸金刚烷胺的含量。结果:该方法中盐酸金刚烷胺高、中、低三个含量的平均回收率分别为101.5%、99.38%、101.7%,RSD分别为0.38%、0.46%、0.55%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于金刚烷胺合剂的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the contents of amantadine in the mixture. Methods: The diphasic titration was used in the test. Results: The average recovery rates of amantadine hydrochloride were 101.5%, 99.38%, 101.7% and RSD were 0.38%, 0.46%, 0.55%. Conclusion: The method was simple and accurately, and the method could be used as quality control of the amantadine mixture.
