摘要
实测并分析了不同施埋方法对降阻、防腐的综合影响。降阻剂包覆围框及 1/ 3射线时 ,接地电阻从 16Ω降到 4Ω ,包覆更多部分时下降速率渐缓 ,说明后 2 / 3射线长度的包覆效果较小。全部包覆降阻剂的圆钢腐蚀痕迹轻微 ,只 1/ 3段长度包覆时另 2 / 3长度腐蚀严重 ,平均腐蚀率达 0 .4 4 4 2mm/年。因此降阻剂只包覆部分构件时 ,蜂窝、裂缝等情况会加快腐蚀速率。为延缓接地体的腐蚀 ,需在降阻剂的选材和施工工艺等多方面采取措施。
This paper analyzes the influences of different methods adopted in burying resistance-reducing agent on resistance reduction and corrosion proof. The grounding resistance and corrosion speed is measured after 2 months operation of the grounding equipments including full covered by resistance-reducing reagent, enclosure and third of radial covered, enclosure and two-part of radial covered and uncovered. When enclosure and third of radial covered by resistance-reducing reagent the grounding resistance reduced from 16ohm to 4ohm but at the same time the corrosion speed is 0.4442 mm/a, exceed 0.03 mm/a obtained by the standard. The result of the test indicates that the grounding equipments should be full covered by resistance-reducing reagent. To avoid or postpone the corrosion of grounding equipments, we should pay attention to the choice of material and construction method of resistance-reducing reagent.
