摘要
目的 观察血气分析指标变化及时调整抢救、治疗方案。方法 70例呼吸衰竭病症救治中血气分析主要指标比较。结果 A- a DO2 对重症呼吸衰竭预后判断非常重要。结论 A- a DO2 指标能够准确反映重症肺结核合并呼吸衰竭病情况。递增性改变预后差 ;递减性改变预后好。
Objective To observe the parameter changes of haemogas analysis and the adjustments made in the treatments of the disease. Methods Primary parameters of 70 cases of serious pulmonary tuberculosis with respiratory failures were compared. Results A-aDO2 turned out to be an important predictor in the prognosis for the patients of pulmonary tuberculosis with respiratory failure.Conclusion A-aDO2 is the parimeter that can accurately predict the prognosis of the disease. Specifically, the prognosis will be bad if the value of A-aDO2 increases, and vice versa.
