摘要
根据国内外在肝外药物代谢酶的种类、分布及生物学作用 ,药物肝外代谢的主要部位和代谢特点 ,影响药物肝外代谢的因素等方面的有关报道进行综述。肝外代谢在某些药物的代谢中发挥了重要的作用 。
Extrahepatic metabolism plays an important role in the metabolisms of some drugs. The recent advances in extrahepatic metabolism of drugs, including the types of extrahepatic metabolism enzymes and their distribution as well as their biological action, the major sites of extrahepatic metabolism of drugs and their metabolic characteristics and the factors which can affect extrahepatic metabolisms of drugs, were reviewed.
