摘要
本试验分析了伊莎明星肉鸡A,B,C,D,E等5个纯系的血清酯酶、碱性磷酸酶同工酶以及血清转铁蛋白的多态性。结果表明;伊莎明星肉鸡各系的碱性磷酸酶均以F型表现型频率为高,但各系间存在一定差异。父系A和B的F型频率要高于母系C,D和E;转铁蛋白类型在A系较为特殊,其Tf^A基因频率高于Tf^B型,其余四系B,C,D和E均为Tf^B频率最高。在母系C和E中存在较为少见的Tf^C基因;用醋纤薄膜电泳分离血清酯酶,山于灵敏度较低,加上血清酯酶受性别的强烈影响,使雌性个体出现无带型的O带,因而难以准确分析其基因型。试验证明血清酶型和血清蛋白型可作为探讨系间亲缘关系的有效手段。
The serum esterase(Es)and alkaline phosphatase(Alp)isoenzymes were analysed with cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis and transferrin types with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that there were some differences between male line A, B and female line C, D, E in Alp genotype, though the F type frequency was higher than S in the all lines. In the gene pool of ISA vedette chicks, Tf^B genotype frequency was higher than that of Tf^A, and Tf^C gene was found only in female line C,E in a very low frequency. Significant differences were found between A and other lines at Tf genotype. ES genotype was difficult to be evaluated in this experiment due to the profound influence of sex on it.
