摘要
教育技术是教育改革的突破口。一切参与教育过程的人都需要具备一定的教育技术素养,才能促进教育改革的成功。为此,对教育技术素养规范的研究、制定、实践,已成为当前国内外一致关注的问题。在广泛调研的基础上,本着借鉴与创新的思路,提出我国教育技术标准的基本框架和要素,以期为国家主管部门制定相关标准提供依据和参照。
Educational technology is the breakthrough of educational reform. All the persons engaged in education must have the qualities of educational technology, which can promote the educational reform. Therefore it becomes the focus in China and abroad at the present to research, regulate and put in practice the qualities of educational technology. On the basis of long-term research and continuous renovation, the basic frame and ingredients of educational technology standards are put forward to for China so as to provide material and reference for the national authorities to make standards.
