摘要
目的 测定健康儿童 12导联同步心电图QT离散度 (QTd)平均值。方法 对 5 85例≤ 14岁健康儿童 ,用日本光电ECG - 932 0心电图机采集 12导联同步体表心电图数据 ,以 2 5mm/s的速度、10mm/mv的灵敏度和 5 0mm/s的速度、2 0mm/mv的灵敏度记录两种不同的平均波形 ,由专人测量QTmax、QTmin ,用Bazett公式校正QTcmax、QTcmin ,计算QTd(QTmax减QTmin)及QTcd(QTcmax减QTcmin) ,进行微机数理统计。结果 14岁以下儿童QTmax平均值为 319 6 7± 2 1 99ms,QTmin平均值为 2 84 2 7± 2 1 4 0ms,QTcmax平均值为 4 16 86± 2 2 4 8ms ,QTcmin平均值为 36 9 98± 2 3 5 5ms,QTd为 35 16± 11 98ms ,QTcd为 4 6 91± 15 82ms。在年龄组间与男女间差别无统计学意义。结论 健康儿童QTd <5 0ms ,QTcd <6 0ms,与年龄、心率及性别相关均不密切。
Objective To determine average value of QT interval dispersion of 12-lead simultaneous body surface electrocardiogram for healthy children. Methods To collect deta of 12-lead simultaneous body surface electrocardiogram with NIHON KOHDEN Cardiofax ECG-9320 from 585 cases healthy children who are under 14 years old. Two different average waves were recorded through speed of 25 mm/s,sensitivity of 10 mm/mv and speed of 50 mm/s,sensitivity of 20 mm/mv respectively. QTmax and QTmin were calculated as QTd(QTmax-QTmin)and corrected by Bazett's formula as QTcd(QTc max-QTc min). Results The average value of QTmax in children under 14 years old was 319.67±21.99ms. The average value of QTmin was 284.27±21.40 ms. The average value of QTc max was 416.86±22.48 ms. The average value of QTc min was 369.98±23.55 ms. The average value of QTd was 35.16±11.98 ms. The average value of QTcd was 46.91±15.82 ms. There was no significant difference between different age groups and between sex groups. Conclusions QTd<50 ms and QTcd<60 ms are in healthy children. There were no significant relations with age、heart rate and sex.
