美罗华联合化疗治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤9例 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察美罗华联合化疗治疗B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床疗效、使用方法和安全性。方法:所有的病例均为病理检查证实CD20阳性的B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者。美罗华剂量375 mg/m2,静脉滴注,1次/周,共4周为一疗程并评价疗效。结果:9例患者中经治疗后完全缓解6例,部分缓解3例,均未见明显的毒副反应,无骨髓抑制。结论:美罗华是对CD20阳性的B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤有效的治疗药物,多数患者耐受良好,有条件的患者应推荐使用。
