摘要
介绍了录音推板零件多工位级进模的设计 ,分析了零件的冲压工艺 ,对排样设计方案作了比较与选择 ,确定了条料的送进与导料方式及定距结构形式 ,并对模具的主要部件设计作了详细地说明。
The design of the multi-position progressive die for forming the recording ejector plates is introduced. The tehcnological process for stamping the part is analyzed and the layout designs are compared. The strip feed and strip guide mode and the pitch-fixing structure have been determined. The design of the key parts of the die are explained in detail.
