摘要
探讨了国际性城市的概念和国际化城市及现代化城市指标体系。针对青岛目前城市发展的水平和发展阶段,清醒地认识到青岛市“国际性城市”发展现状及存在的问题,准确把握青岛市现代化发展程度和发展水平,制定科学合理的现代化发展战略,积极稳妥地把青岛建设成国际化城市,以避免国际化城市发展中的盲从和冒进。
Until now, there are only a few really internation-alized cities. This paper discusses the connotations of in-ternationalized city and index systems of internationalizedcity and modernized city. We should be aware of the devel-opment conditions and exiting problems of Qingdao as aninternationalized city, precisely grasp the development de-gree and level of modernization of Qingdao, establish sci-entific and rational development strategy and actively andreliably turn Qingdao into an internationalized city in orderto avoid the following like sheep and rash advancing in thecourse of becoming an internationalized city.
