用滴定量热法测量钨磷酸与二甲亚砜或N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的加合反应热

DETERMINATION OF THE HEAT OF ADDUCTION OF PHOSPHOTUNGSTIC ACID WITH DMSO AND DMF BY TITRATION CALORIMETRY

摘要 调试了美国Tronac公司生产的Model 1250滴定热量计.用环境恒温法和等温补偿法在25℃测量了盐酸与三羟甲基氨基甲烷(Tris)溶液反应及盐酸与晶体Tris反应的反应热.用环境恒温法测量和计算了盐酸与邻溴苯氨反应的反应热和化学平衡常数.还测量了水溶液中钨磷酸与二甲亚砜(DMSO)(或N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,DMF)的加合反应热,结果表明,DMSO加合物的配位键略弱于DMF加合物,这与红外光谱的结果相一致. The American Tronac model 1250 titration calorimetry system has been tested. With isoperibol method and isothermal method, the authors have measured at 25℃ the heats of reaction of HCl solution with Tris solution and solid Tris respectively. With isoperibol method,both the equilibrium constant K and the enthalpy△H of reaction of HCl solution with o-bromoaniline solution have been measured and calculated. The heat of adduction of HPW in aqueous solution with DMSO and DMF has also been measured. The results show that the coordinate bond in DMSO adduct is slightly weaker than the one in DMF adduct. This conclusion is in accord with IR results.
