摘要
叙述高Cr铸铁轧辊使用中常见的因结合层夹渣而造成的轧辊提前失效,并从使用角度分析了造成上述失效的原因,结合制造工艺,提出了质量改进方向。
One of the common failures of the hi-Cr cast iron rolls is the earlier failure caused by slag existing in junction layer. The failure readon was analyzed from the angle of their application.Combined with manufacture process, a suggestion was proposed to avoid the slag-causing failure.
