摘要
阳极保护管壳式酸冷却器(以下简称酸冷却器)已广泛应用于硫酸工业中,但如果使用不当,会降低酸冷却器的使用寿命,笔者结合酸冷却器的运行情况,将酸冷却器在运行中应注意事项及处理方法,进行总结分析,以提高酸冷却器的使用寿命。
Anode Protective Shell and Tube Acid Cooler has been widely used in sulphuric acid industry. If it was not used appropriately, the service life of shell and tube acid cooler would be decreased. Based on its operating situation of Huludao Nonferrous Metals Group Co. Ltd, this paper summarized the attentive items and treatment methods during the cooler was operated, thereby the service life of shell and tube acid cooler would be increased.
