摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法检测地塞米松磷酸钠脂质体的含量。采用Nucleosil 100-5 C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.34%磷酸二氢钾溶液(60∶40),检测波长240nm。地塞米松磷酸钠在0.78～50mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),方法平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为2.1%。
A RP-HPLC method for determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate liposomes was established.A Nucleosil 100-5 C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.34% potassium dihydrogen phosphatesolution (60∶40), at the detection wavelength of 240nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of0.78～50mg/ml(r=0.9997). The average recovery was 99.6% with RSD of 2.1%.
