摘要
介绍了ZL350型颗粒机的结构与工作原理,对关键参数进行了分析计算。通过物料的受力分析确定了物料攫取条件,并分析了物料层厚度与攫取角、压辊直径之间的关系,为正确设计颗粒机提供科学根据。
The structure and working principles of the machine of making particle were introduced.The key parts were designed.Through force analysis,the conditions to seize the material were defined,and the relation between the layer thickness of the material and it's seizing angle and the diameter were analyzed.It provided scientific bases for designing the machine of making particle reasonably.
