摘要
运用文献资料和问卷调查法 ,对大学篮球联赛的开展及人才培养现状进行了分析 :高校高水平篮球人才培养方式存在办队指导思想不明 ,缺乏推动篮球运动发展的氛围以及在人才培养上的运行机制等问题 ;高校篮球人才培养模式必须创新与发展 ,健全人才的培养机制 ,以人才的培养过程为目标 ,实现人的全面发展。提出了改革高校篮球竞赛体制 ,引进高水平教练员等
By using investigating with inquiring paper and documentary material research, the paper makes an analysis for present sistuation of basketball league and training talent.Lacking in clearing guilding developmental atomsphere and training talant system are the existing questions in training method of high level basketball talent.So the method must bring forth new ideas and the purpose is development of people in an all round ways.The article put forward some points and suggestions on the inproving and reforming in chinese colleges basketball.
