摘要
75例充血性心力衰竭在用强心、利尿和扩血管等药物的基础上,加用硫酸镁治疗,结果加镁组显效率64%,对照组31.4%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。加镁组症状、体征消失比较多,疗效出现时间较早;洋地黄中毒、室性心律失常、低血钾的发生率也明显低于对照组。其庄院病死率显著低于对照组。
This paper analyses 75 patients with congestive heart failure.Basing upon therapy with digitalis. uretic and vasodilator,magnesium group was treated with magnesium sulfate.The results were as follows:(1)the effective rate of magnesium group and control group was 64% and 31.4% respective- ly.statistically very significant(P<0.01);(2)the disappear of symptoms and physical signs was more and earlier than control group;(3)the incidence of digitalism,ventricular arrythmia and hypokalemia was less than control group;(4)the mortality was also significantly lower than control group.
