摘要
无论是任人唯亲,还是家族专权,亦或是企业劳动关系紧张,根源在于企业的"排他性",即排斥、轻视和歧视外来员工。结果就像我们已经看到的那样,既加剧了员工与企业的感情矛盾和冲突,也阻断了员工亲近企业的通道,从而使企业自身陷入危机。所以,私营企业要想获得持久的生命力,就必须给员工更多参与企业管理的权利和机会。
Some methods of work such as appointing people by favouritism, family's autocratic rights and tense labor relations in enterprises originate exclusiveness: exclusiveness, underestimation and discrimination of migrant workers in rural areas. The outcome intensifies contradiction and conflict between workers and enterprises and leads that enterprises are in crisis. If private enterprises want to have forever vitality, they must give workers' more opportunities of democratic participation.
