摘要
目前持用伪假证件偷渡的案件逐年上升。持用伪假证件出入境对国家安全和社会秩序构成严重威胁。伪假证件造假手段多样且呈高智能特点,提高其识别水平可从提高检查人员素质、不断总结识别伪假证件的经验和方法、边防检查工作科技含量等方面入手。
At present the cases that the stowaways hold forged certificates increase yearly, thus lead to menace to the country' s security and social order. The ways that stowaways forge the certificates has shown they are high-intelligent. So our inspectors should improve distinguishing level , conclude experience, by stressing on the scientific methods used in the forntier inspection.
