摘要
随着中国的入世,中国政府和工会对国际劳工组织及国际劳工标准越来越关注,并加快批准国际劳工公约的步伐。目前,中国共批准了23个国际劳工公约。面对自20世纪90年代起西方国家提出的要将国际贸易与国际劳工标准挂钩的主张,中国应该有清醒的认识,对于加快批准国际劳工公约应有自己的原则和立场。
After China's WTO entry, the Chinese government and trade unions pay attention to ILO and international labor standards and speed to ratify the conventions China ratified 23 conventions at the end of October in 2002 China should have a clear position on the western countries' suggestion of 'asocial clause' and have its own principle and standpoint
