摘要
文章对 2 0世纪 6 0年代初山西农村个体经济的发展作了历史性回顾 ,认为当时中央和省委对个体经济较为理性的认识以及一系列正确方针、策略的实施 ,对山西个体经济的发展提供了政策性保护和支持 ,也为改革开放后农村个体经济的迅速发展积累了可贵的经验。
Having reviewed the development of the economy in Shanxi rural areas in 1960`s in retrospect,the author holds that the central authorities and the provincial committee of the Party had rational knowledge of individual economy and implemented a series of general and specific policies which gave policy protection and support to this kind of economy and ,therefore,accumulated valuable experiences for speedy development of the economy in rural areas in the drive of reform and opening-up.
