摘要
本文在总结和分析我国煤层气勘探和开发取得的主要成果和面临的重大问题的基础上, 依据以市场导向、以效益最大化为中心、统筹规划、科学勘探、自营与合作并举的规划原则,明 确提出了产业化发展战略和采煤采气一体化战略、自营勘探和对外合作的实施规划。
The paper proposes strategic ideas for formulating CBM program in the near future, i. e. commercial development of CBM, integrated coal extraction and gas production as well as combination of self-financed exploration with cooperative exploration. These are based on analysis of main achievements obtained in CBM exploration and development in China and on the important problems we are facing. The principles for making CBM program are: being guided by market, centering round maximum benefit, overall planning, scientific exploration, combination of self - financed exploration with cooperative exploration.
