聚乙烯预辐射接枝水溶性混合单体的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用预辐射接枝法将水溶性混合单体丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸接枝于聚乙烯膜。结果表明在溶液中加入阻聚剂摩尔盐可使接枝反应顺利进行。对于丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺体系,接枝反应出现了协同效应;在丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸体系中,随甲基丙烯酸含量的提高,接枝率相应提高。此外,还研究了单体浓度、剂量率和温度对接枝反应的影响。 Grafting of water soluble mixed monomers of acrylic acid (AA)/ acryamide (Am) and f acrylic acid/methacrylic acid(MA) onto polyethylene film bythe pre-irradiation grafting method was investigated. The results showed that thegrafting proceeded successfully with the adding of ferric salt in the solution. In thecase of AA/Am system, a synergistic effect was noticed. In the case of AA/MAsystem,f the graft percent increased with the increase in the concentration of MA inthe feed ratio. Furthermore, the effects of monomer concentration, radiation dose andtemperature on the grafting were also studied.
