氚水照射对小鼠毛囊黑色素细胞分化的影响 被引量:5

EFFECTS OF EXPOSURE TO TRITIAT WATER ON DIFFERENTIATION OF MELANOCYTES IN HAIR FOLLICLES IN MICE

摘要 本文介绍用不同浓度的氚水(HTO)一次腹腔注入怀孕12和15 d 的 C57 BL/6J 雌鼠,观察出生后3.5 d 第一代(F_1)仔鼠背部皮肤毛囊黑色素细胞异常率。结果表明,当15 d 龄胎鼠接受氚累积吸收剂量为0.11—0.67 Gy 时,毛囊异常率为1.0%—5.1%;12 d 龄胎鼠接受氚累积吸收剂量为0.12—0.46 Gy 时,毛囊异常率为3.4%—6.0%。说明随着氚累积吸收剂量的增加,毛囊异常率也增加;胚胎早期接受氚照射的 F_1代仔鼠皮肤毛囊异常率较高,12 d 龄胎鼠接受氚水照射引起的毛囊异常率比15 d 龄胎鼠的明显增高。 In this paper,the frequency of abnormal melanocytes in hair follicles in offsprings of miceexposed to tritiated water was described.Tritiated water with different concentrations of tritium wasinjected intraperitoneally into femal C57BL/6J mice at the 12th and 15th days of pregnancy andabnormal melanoeytes of hair follicles were observed on skin of back in the offsprings of firstgeneration(F_1)at 3.5 days of their postnatal life.The results show that the frequencies of abnormalmelanocytes were found to be 1.0%—5.1% when mice recieved cumulative absorbed doses of 0.11—0.67 Gy at the 15th day of their fetal life and these frequencies to be 3.4%—6.0% when micerecieved cumulative absorbed doses of 0.116—0.463 Gy,which indicats an increase in frequency ofabnormal melanocytes in hair follicles with increasing cumulative absorbed dose of beta radiation and ahigher frequency of abnormal melanocytes hair follicles of skin in F_1 offsprings which were exposed totritium,at the earlier period of their fetal life.For mice exposed to HTO at the 12th day of their fetallife,the frequency of abnormal melanocytes in hair follicles was found to be significantly higher thanthat for mice exposed to HTO at the 15th day of their fetal life.
