摘要
企业文化是推动企业健康成长与长足发展的内在源泉。文章依据课题组的实地调研和问卷调查,对高速公路管理企业的文化建设现状做了点面结合的分析,提出了改善高速公路管理企业文化建设的思路。
Corporate culture, as a resource, could internally drive the corporate to grow up and develop. According to the questionnaire and field study by our research team, this paper typically analyses the present culture construction of highway management enterprises, and then reason out how to improve the culture construction for highway management enterprises.
