摘要
基于COM的ATLAS 2K测试语言采用面向对象软件设计和COM技术,用SMML语言建立具有层次结构的信号模型、定义执行信号操作。自动测试系统中,通过ATLAS 2K语言将被测设备(UUT)的测试需求标定为对激励/测量信号的需求,虚拟资源需求通过设备驱动器接口内部服务机制的解释和定位,转换成真实资源,再驱动仪器完成测试任务。
OOP software design and COM technology was adopted in test language based on COM ATLAS 2K. Hiberarchy signal model was sets up and ways to handle signal operation was defined with SMML language. In automatic test system (ATS), the test requirement of unit under test (UUT) can be demarcated into testing and stimulating requirement using ATLAS 2K language and virtual resource requirement can be change into real resource through explanation and orientation of inner service mechanism in device driver interface and the driver is used to realize test mission at last.
